I am so grateful to have photographed this beautiful baby girl at 5 days old with her big sister and parents. This amazing family are actually dear friends of ours, and I am so blessed to have been able to capture this fleeting moment in their lives. As parents of a 4 year old girl, they know all too well how quickly babies grow and how important it is to savor every moment when they are babies. The newborn phase is so short and so spectacular, there is nothing better than holding a sweet baby in your arms. The beauty of newborn photography is capturing how small babies are, especially when they are being held by their mom and dad. Look at how little Miss October Monroe is in her daddy’s hands! And look how much she looks like her big sister Avery!
It is so fun incorporating each family’s unique style into their session. This family loves Rockabilly fashion so we made sure to incorporate a few looks that captured that essence, while still doing a few more classic looks as well.
